FirstClass software includes an annual Maintenance & Support contract through Open Text Corp. This Maintenance and Support covers software upgrades and technical issues with the server software through the previous two software revisions. Older software is NOT covered. Telereach support has no such limitiations. We provide software support, technical advice on hardware issues, and we are experts in dealing with issues surrounding Internet email and spam. Telereach can provide expert technical support to your administrators via phone or email -- this is especially important if you need assistance outside of the limited hours of operation for Open Text support.
